There is one bedroom available upstairs in my 2000sq ft house.I have my own bathroom so the guest bathroom would be yours alone.The ground floor is open plan with my lounge and a further lounge at either end and the piano room, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet in between. Outside the rear yard is a secluded spot, newly vinyl-fenced in with a newly extended patio area around the pool. Beyond the rear fence is a local park (Northdale Park). The yard enjoys full sun for most of the day. There is a platform on which some guests in the past have chosen to practice yoga.
