The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood that felt very welcoming. It was an excellent choice for our family getaway, accommodating multiple families comfortably. The pool was lovely, though the heater was out of order, making it a bit chilly, but we made great use of the hot tub instead, which was enjoyable! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a good level of privacy if you need that. Just a heads up, the property is older, so there are some signs of wear and tear here and there. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t get cold enough, turning our ice into water. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor of the house, so I would recommend this place to those without mobility challenges. There are no bathing facilities in the main house downstairs either. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially if you’re sharing it among several families.
I would give the host a full five stars based solely on their service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the unit that affected my overall experience. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host had it repaired promptly. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could have been improved, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It might be a good idea for the owner to consider replacing them.

This Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a month here and relished every second. Its location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without any of the noise, and a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries. The beach is only around 10 minutes away by car, and a lovely 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, where you'll find fantastic restaurants and the best farmer's market every Saturday. You really don’t need a vehicle to enjoy everything in the area. The host was superb and made everything so straightforward. Whenever we encountered an issue, they arranged for someone to come by and resolve it right away. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were very friendly, and the pool area was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out smoothly. With multiple listings and a reputation for being reliable, I wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The owner was incredibly attentive and supportive during my three-week visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this property and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm. Almost everything we wanted to explore was within a five-minute drive, and we even found some spots that were a pleasant walk away. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a nice plus. This charming home is over a century old, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana in the backyard. The two casitas were a great touch for accommodating our larger group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. While the property could benefit from a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a large group looking for an ideal spot in West Palm.
