Entire rental unit. Charming Room in a Cozy Home Located in Tampa's Seminole Heights

This place is perfectly situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, making it ideal for our family trip. The space was accommodating enough for our group, and while the pool was inviting, the heater seemed to be malfunctioning, so it was a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a wonderful alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but provide a good sense of privacy when needed. Being an older property, there are signs of age here and there. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer - the freezer didn’t stay cold enough for ice, which was a bit disappointing. Also, be cautious on the stairs; they can be a bit tricky. For those with mobility challenges, keep in mind there’s only one bedroom on the main floor and no bathroom facilities downstairs. Overall, considering the location and the price when shared among families, it was a fair deal.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway and were thrilled to find this gem. The apartment offers convenient parking and a fantastic host who was always ready to help. It’s just a short stroll to Starbucks, great shops, and live music venues. While some areas, like the couch, show signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door quickly make you forget about those little imperfections.

I had to make a sudden trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly accommodating and reached out to me right from when I landed at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour which helped me settle in quickly. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and the cleanliness was impressive.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and we couldn't have picked a better spot. This location is just ideal! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were absolutely thrilled with how convenient everything was. Most places were within a quick five-minute drive, and several locations were easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave off a secure vibe, which was a pleasant surprise considering how close we were to the action. The home itself is a charming century-old property. The pool and cabana area in the backyard were a highlight for us, and the two casitas were wonderful for accommodating our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our experience was fantastic. While we felt the unit could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and comfier pillows, these were minor issues in an otherwise lovely stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big party and wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.
