The location of the property is quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room is smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen lacked essential utensils. Given the quality and the amenities, the price seemed excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, as paying over $300 felt unreasonable for this space. I hope the owner considers offering a more competitive price and improves the facilities for future guests.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed – it comes with parking and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is within a short stroll, including a Starbucks, shops, and live entertainment just two minutes away. While the couch shows signs of use, it didn’t bother us much. The views from the window and sliding door make it all worthwhile!

Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, the flexibility of the bed configuration is a nice touch. The location couldn’t be more convenient, placing you close to all the exciting attractions in WPB. Inside, the kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom is also newly renovated, featuring thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans that complement the effective air conditioning. Ample closet space with a well-designed storage system was a bonus. We appreciated the shared washer and dryer access, as well as off-street parking, which is available for guests of the main house if you need more room. The host was quick to respond and handled a couple of minor concerns with ease and professionalism. In summary, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
