The host really simplified everything for us. Even with our flight being delayed, they were there waiting at the property when we finally got in, and gave us a thorough tour. We appreciate all the effort!
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything! The building does show its age, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture seemed a bit worn with peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and the comfort of the place coupled with its perfect location made up for its minor issues.

This was a fantastic Airbnb choice! The apartment was quite roomy and perfect for our extended stay. While there are a few minor areas that could benefit from some updates, we were very pleased overall. The location is ideal with ample parking, and the gym is a great bonus. The large swimming pool offered breathtaking sunset views each evening, making our experience even more memorable.

The location was excellent and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool area, although it was a bit chilly since the heater wasn’t operational. Thankfully, we made the most of the hot tub which was really enjoyable! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offered great privacy when needed. Keep in mind this is an older property, so there are some signs of wear. Also, the refrigerator and freezer had issues; the freezer barely got cold, so all our ice melted. The stairs can be tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which could be a concern for those with mobility challenges, especially since there's no bath or shower on that level. However, we found the price to be reasonable for the area, especially when shared among several families.
We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It comfortably fit all 13 of us, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses offered just the right amount of privacy while still allowing us to spend time together. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous and provided some wonderful opportunities for photos. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from the heart of West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

Although the property is quite large, the host gave me a thorough walkthrough and I quickly settled in. The condo offered plenty of space for one or two guests, everything was in good working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the costly short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends who want to share a space, as the bed can be arranged as twin beds or a king. The central location offers easy access to everything WPB has to offer. I was impressed with the updated kitchen, complete with a range, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom renovations include thoughtful features like a dimmer switch that added ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with efficient air conditioning, kept the space comfortable. The closet is well designed with ample storage options. There’s a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is a bonus. The property manager was quick to respond to my queries and addressed a couple of minor concerns I had with ease. All in all, this place met all our expectations, and I would definitely book with this host again.
