In just two minutes on foot, we found ourselves surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, plus the beach was only a short 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, famous for its fantastic eateries and vibrant farmers market every Saturday. A car isn’t necessary to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was remarkable, ensuring our stay was seamless. Whenever we encountered a minor issue, they arranged for prompt assistance, resolving it without delay. The Airbnb was cozy, roomy, and equipped with all the amenities we required. The other residents were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to unwind. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host was incredibly accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and it was an excellent choice. The location couldn't be better! Since it was our first visit to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with how convenient everything was. Most places were just a short 5-minute drive away, and we even found a few spots within walking distance from the home. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to many attractions. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house with a fantastic pool and cabana area, which was perfect for our group. The two additional 'casitas' were a great touch for accommodating everyone comfortably. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, these were minor issues. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a large group who wants to experience the best of West Palm.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the flexibility to adjust the bed setup from a king to twins. The location puts you right in the heart of WPB, making everything easily accessible. I appreciated the updated kitchen, which features a stove, fridge, and a contemporary sink and countertops. The bathroom also came with thoughtful updates, like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with effective air conditioning, kept us comfortable during our stay. The closet was impressively organized, offering plenty of storage space. We also had access to a shared washer and dryer, and off-street parking which was a plus, especially since the main house offers additional rental space if needed. The owner was responsive and pleasant, quickly addressing a couple of minor concerns we had. All in all, this property met our needs well, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with this owner again.
The location couldn't be better, truly a highlight of our stay. However, the building is a bit dated. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I did notice the carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture has seen better days with signs of wear like peeling leather. All in all, we had a comfortable stay in a great area, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
