This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers or a couple, and the bed can be separated into two twins or configured as a king, which is super convenient. Its location is ideal, making it easy to explore all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom renovations include thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lights. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus effective air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed. The closet setup maximizes storage with various racks and hanging options. There's also a washer and dryer available for use, along with off-street parking that's shared with the main house, which is also available for rent if you need more space. The host was prompt in addressing our requests and resolved a couple of minor issues with a positive attitude. Overall, this stay met all our needs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
We arrived on a flight that landed just after noon and expected to drop our bags off and find a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that cleaning was still underway. After several inquiries, we finally got access to the property around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and tile cutting lasted until about 9:30 PM. On top of that, we found the kitchen cluttered with a used toilet and sink, which was quite off-putting. Despite raising our concerns and asking about compensation for the late check-in and inconveniences, we received no follow-up. This experience left us feeling quite let down. We would be hesitant to rent from this host again.
We had an absolutely fantastic last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The parking convenience was a huge plus, and the property manager was incredibly accommodating. Everything you need is within a short stroll - just a couple of minutes to grab coffee at Starbucks, enjoy some shopping, or catch live music. While the couch showed some signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
