I spent three weeks at this lovely Airbnb and really enjoyed my stay. The location couldn't be better! As first-timers in West Palm, we were thrilled to discover how convenient everything was. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and some were even within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of safety throughout our visit. This charming property is a century-old home, and the pool area along with the cabana was absolutely delightful. The additional 'casitas' are a fantastic touch for larger groups. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. While it would be great to update the washer/dryer and perhaps replace some of the pillows, overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a big group and wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.
The host deserves full marks for their efforts, as they were incredibly attentive and responsive. However, the unit did have a few issues that need addressing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were a bit worn out. It would be great if the owner could consider upgrading those.
The host was incredibly prompt in addressing all of our inquiries and concerns. Managing the needs of a group of 16 is no small task, and they handled it wonderfully! Communication was top-notch, which is crucial when choosing an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host came by quickly to assess the situation. The stovetop was in good working order, and since we were visiting for a wedding, we weren't planning on cooking big meals anyway. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, including some unexpected extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thanks for everything! We will definitely rent from them again in the future.
This property boasts an excellent location with a roomy apartment that caters to all your needs. While there are a few minor fixes needed, my overall experience during our extended stay was quite positive. The convenient parking, a well-equipped gym, and a large swimming pool that offers stunning sunset views each evening were definite highlights.
We arrived at the property after our flight around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived for check-in, the host informed us that it would take a bit longer because the cleaning was still in progress. After several follow-ups, we finally got access at around 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were actively tiling the floor. The noise continued until about 9:30 PM, and we were quite taken aback to find a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen for the entire duration of our stay. There was no apology from the host or any effort to address our concerns. I even inquired about a refund due to the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, but the host never followed up with me after saying they would consult with the owners. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

I requested a reduction in price due to the inconvenience, but was told they needed to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
The property manager was exceptional, and the apartment was flawlessly maintained. It's beautifully designed, spotless, and free of any clutter. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay here.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did encounter a few minor problems, such as the hot tub being a bit unclean and some flooring needing attention, everything else matched the listing perfectly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider booking this rental again.
