The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions, although the building itself is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a good cleaning, and some furniture pieces were starting to show their age, with a bit of peeling on the leather. Overall, we enjoyed our time here; it was a cozy stay in a prime spot, even if it had a few drawbacks.

We spent three weeks at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm. Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and many attractions were even within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and gave us a real sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to the action. This charming home, over a century old, features a beautiful pool and cabana area that we thoroughly enjoyed. The additional 'casitas' are a wonderful bonus for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. If I had to mention a couple of improvements, I would suggest investing in a new washer/dryer and upgrading the pillows, but overall this is an excellent option for anyone looking to stay in the heart of West Palm Beach with a big group.
