This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the competitive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for an individual, a couple, or a pair of friends, with the flexibility of a king-size bed or two singles. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, making cooking a breeze. The bathroom features recent renovations and some thoughtful additions like a dimmer switch for a cozy ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area complement the efficient air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. Storage is ample thanks to a well-designed closet. Guests also have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a great bonus. The host was very responsive, addressing a few small concerns we had promptly and positively. Overall, this property met our expectations and we would happily book with this host again.

The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our flight being delayed, they ensured they were there to welcome us and give us a thorough tour of the property upon our arrival. We truly appreciated the level of care provided. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
