The host was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries and made sure our large group of 16 felt comfortable and catered to. Good communication is crucial when booking an Airbnb, and the owner excelled in this regard. The house was just as described, which we appreciated. The only hiccup was the oven, which wasn't functioning, but the host promptly came to check it out. Luckily, the stovetop was working fine, and since we were mostly out for a wedding, it didn't pose much of an issue. We truly valued the friendly interactions and the thoughtful touches provided by the host. A big thank you for everything! We'll definitely consider properties managed by this owner in the future.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, expecting to enjoy a lunch before our check-in at 4 PM. Unfortunately, when we checked at 4, we were informed that the maids were still busy. By 5:49 PM, we inquired about our status but received no reply. After another hour, we reached out again for an update, and were told that we'd be notified soon. It wasn't until around 7:45 PM that we could finally access the property. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were present to tile the floor. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. To our dismay, they left a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen the entire time we stayed. There wasn’t any apology or effort to address the situation. I asked for a partial refund due to the late check-in and issues, but was told the host would check with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.
We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The convenience of parking was a huge plus, and the host was absolutely fantastic. Everything is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks, shopping spots, and great live music venues – only two minutes from the door! While some furnishings, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the beautiful view from the window truly made those small details insignificant. Highly recommend!
