Fantastic flat in a prime location. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.
The owner of the property was incredibly accommodating and quick to address any inquiries I had. They really went above and beyond to assist guests looking for last-minute bookings for the DWD event, tailoring their support to various needs. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, allowing me to unwind and soothe my legs after long hours on my feet. I can't wait to return!
I had to make a last-minute work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, making it easy to settle in. The condo offers plenty of space for one or two guests, everything functions perfectly, and it's very tidy.

This property was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal location. The apartment complex featured a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely return. One minor note is that the place didn’t match the photos exactly, but it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The host facilitated a smooth and straightforward check-in process. We faced a delay with our flight, but the host kindly ensured they were present at the property upon our arrival to give us a tour. We appreciate all the assistance provided!
The location of this rental was quite a distance from the convention center, making it a 30-minute walk or a quick five-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side, featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the price in relation to the location and facilities, I found it to be quite steep. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, as I felt that the over $300 charge was excessive for what was offered. I hope the property manager can consider adjusting the pricing and enhancing the amenities in the future.
The owner was fantastic throughout our stay. Check-in was a breeze, and they were quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. They were there to greet us when we arrived, simplifying the entire check-in procedure. Their local insights were invaluable, and the location was just as great as advertised. This is the ideal experience you hope for with an Airbnb. I would highly recommend booking one of their properties.

I would give the host five stars if it were just about their hospitality; they were fantastic! However, there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs was not as clean as I expected, and the towels could use an upgrade. The property manager should consider replacing them.
