Fantastic location, right in the heart of everything! The building is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I do think the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture has seen better days with peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and found it to be a cozy spot in a wonderful area, even if it has its imperfections.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often inflated West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a charming space perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king size. Its central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is a nice perk, featuring a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop. The bathroom has been modernized as well, equipped with thoughtful details like a dimmer light. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area provide a nice breeze alongside the efficient AC. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. You also have shared access to a washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is a big advantage. The owner was quick to respond to our queries and addressed a few minor issues positively. Overall, this place met our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

The host deserves all five stars for their outstanding service! Unfortunately, the property had a few issues that were beyond their control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but the host took prompt action to have it repaired. I also noticed that one of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels seemed a bit worn. It would benefit from some new replacements.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was spotless. It has a beautiful design that feels very spacious and organized. My mother stayed here and she was thoroughly impressed.

We had a fantastic stay here for business! The accommodations were spacious and the beds were super comfy and spotless. The additional two cottage rooms at the back provided us with the perfect amount of privacy, each with its own bathroom. We loved the pool area, surrounded by trees; we did have to use the nets to keep it clean, but we enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather was nice. The sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we felt completely secure. We even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location was excellent, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, full of great bars, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would definitely love to return in the future if it's available!

The host was extremely attentive to all our inquiries and made our stay enjoyable despite the challenges of hosting a large group of 16. Excellent communication really makes a difference when renting an Airbnb. The property matched its description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host quickly assessed the situation. We managed just fine with the stovetop since our cooking was minimal due to our wedding plans. We were grateful for the thoughtful touches the host provided during our stay. A big thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely consider booking properties managed by this host in the future.

This property exceeded my expectations! It was cozy and ideally situated. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was fantastic and quick to address any questions I had. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a minor note: the interior appeared slightly different from the photos, but it was not an issue at all.
