It perfectly fit our party of 13, offering plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The two guest houses allowed us to have our space while still enjoying each other's company. The outdoor area was gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for our group photos. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and ready to assist us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

I would give the host a full five-star rating for their outstanding service, but there were a few issues with the unit that should be addressed. One bathroom had a leaky faucet that the host promptly arranged to fix. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them.
We arrived on a flight that landed just after 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a bite before checking in at 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working and that we would need to wait a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired again and received no response. At 7:02 PM, we reached out for another status update, only to be told we would be notified soon. We finally got access around 7:45 PM and discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were present, laying tile, and were cutting it until around 9:30 PM. To our surprise, they left used fixtures and a plunger sitting in the kitchen for the entire duration of our stay. We didn’t receive any apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience, but was told the host would need to check with the owners, and we never got a response. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.
