Entire rental unit. Charming 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Home in Tampa Heights – Minutes from TGH and St. Joe's Main, Stroll to Armature Works and the Riverwalk!

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1 PM. While we anticipated grabbing a quick lunch before check-in at 4 PM, we were informed at that time that our room was not ready yet as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until nearly 5:50 PM for an update, we inquired again only to receive no response. By 7:02 PM, we sought an additional status update, but again were left without an answer. Finally, we were able to access our rental around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor, which continued until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen throughout our stay, along with a plunger. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the host, and when I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told they would check with the owners but never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t choose to rent from them again.

The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the area! The building has seen better days, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture looked a bit worn with peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot, just with a few minor issues to address.

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable. It's just a short 10-minute ride from the airport (without any of the airport noise), only a quick 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where you can find fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was fantastic and made everything very convenient. Whenever we requested assistance with something, they sent someone over right away and resolved it quickly. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was an excellent spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They manage several properties and are incredibly reliable and considerate. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to everyone!

This property was the perfect choice for bringing our family together for a reunion. I would definitely recommend it, but ensure that the pool is cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to forgo our planned backyard barbecue because the pool was not in the best condition and required some attention. I understand that the management has taken steps to address this issue. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful host!
