We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, planning to have lunch and then check-in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working, and it would take a bit longer. After asking for an update at 5:49 PM with no reply, we reached out again at 7:02 PM. We were eventually told that we would be updated soon, but we didn't gain access until approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were finishing the tiling. They continued cutting tile until around 9:30 PM. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues but was told the host would have to check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm Beach and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

We had a fantastic time with our group of 12 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was just as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was only a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. A wonderful spot for our celebration!

They personally greeted us upon arrival, which made everything so much easier. Their insights about the local area were incredibly helpful. The location was just as described - perfect for exploring.
