The location was fantastic, nestled in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning, making it too chilly for a swim. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool provided a nice touch of privacy, despite being quite compact. Keep in mind that the property shows its age with some signs of wear. We experienced issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs could be tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for those with limited mobility. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower available in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially if shared among several families.
This guesthouse is a refreshing choice in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It offers a charming space perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends—with the flexibility of a king bed or twin beds. Its central location makes it easy to explore the best attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated, complete with a stove, fridge, and attractive countertops. The bathroom also features modern updates and thoughtful extras like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom complement the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Guests can also take advantage of the shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a real bonus (especially if you need additional space in the main house). The owner was prompt in addressing our needs and handled a few minor concerns efficiently. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would love to stay here again in the future.
