I'd give the host a full five stars based solely on their responsiveness and care. Unfortunately, the unit did have a few issues that were outside of their control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. I would recommend the owner consider upgrading those items.
This Airbnb is in a fantastic location with a lot of space to enjoy. While there are a few minor updates needed, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of having a designated parking spot, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we could soak in stunning sunsets each evening made our experience even better.
This Airbnb was an absolute delight! We spent an entire month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better – just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any of the noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a mere 15-minute walk to Clematis, where you'll find fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday morning. You really don’t need a vehicle to enjoy the surrounding area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything so seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they responded immediately and sent someone over to fix it in no time. The apartment itself was cozy, spacious, and provided all the amenities we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind. Even when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure we weren't inconvenienced. With multiple properties available, the host proved to be highly reliable and responsible. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to everyone!

My friends and I spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we felt so lucky to have chosen this spot. Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some attractions were even easily within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was serene and safe, which made us feel at home right away. This charming Airbnb is a century-old house, and we adored the beautiful pool and cabana area out back. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our group. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our experience was exceptional. While we did think that a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows could enhance comfort further, we had a fantastic time overall. This place is perfect for large groups seeking an ideal location in West Palm Beach.
I had to make a quick trip to West Palm for work and found this place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite vast, the host provided a thorough tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for 1-2 guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
