Entire rental unit. Spacious 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Retreat with Expansive Yard

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to enjoy a lunch before the 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out again and received no reply. After another hour, we inquired again and were told we would receive news shortly. Ultimately, we were allowed entry around 7:45 pm. To our dismay, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, which involved noisy cutting until about 9:30 pm. Additionally, they left behind a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. We expected some form of apology or compensation for the inconvenience, but when I inquired about a refund for the late check-in and other issues, I was told the host would check with the owners and I never heard back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider booking with this property again.

We had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, situated in a fantastic location, and offered ample room for everyone to relax.

This was a lovely spot to unwind, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
