It's just a short stroll to Starbucks, shops, and great live music venues. While some furniture, like the couch, shows signs of use, the stunning views from the windows make it all worthwhile. This property was fantastic! I felt right at home and the location couldn't be better. The amenities, including the lovely pool and well-equipped gym, were a nice bonus. Just a heads-up, the interior looked slightly different from the photos, but it was still lovely overall.

The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my legs after long hours of standing. I definitely plan to return in the future!

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen facilities were not available. Given the location and amenities, the price felt unreasonably high. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seemed excessive. I hope a more reasonable price and better amenities will be offered in the future.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The location is ideal! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with how close everything was; most places were just a short drive away, and some were even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming property is over a century old and features a stunning pool and cabana in the backyard, along with two lovely 'casitas' that are perfect for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did notice that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows were a bit lacking, but those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. If you're traveling with a big group and want to stay in a prime location in West Palm, this place is highly recommended!
