The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and essential kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the facilities and location, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space seemed unjustifiable. I would recommend a more reasonable pricing strategy along with improvements in amenities.

This property is in an ideal location with a safe and inviting neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was refreshing, but unfortunately the heater wasn’t working, so it was a bit chilly for much use. We were grateful for the hot tub, which provided a much warmer experience! The guest studios adjacent to the pool are compact, but they offer a nice sense of privacy. Keep in mind, this is an older home, so some signs of wear are present. The refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, as the freezer felt more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so it might not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges since there’s no bath or shower on the ground level. Overall, considering the cost is reasonable for the area when shared with several families, it was a decent stay.

We had a fantastic time with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. This place was just what we were looking for!
