We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab some lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at the property at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired again, and still received no response. At 7:02 PM, we followed up once more and were told we would be updated soon. Ultimately, we were able to get into the property around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were present tiling the floor, continuing their work until about 9:30 PM. They also left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen area during our entire stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I also requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the related issues, but was told that the host would need to consult the owner, and I never heard back. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking here again.
Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience. The location is truly unbeatable. Since it was our first visit to West Palm Beach, we couldn't have picked a better spot. Everything we wanted to see was just a quick drive away, and some attractions were even within walking distance from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful, which made us feel safe during our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient everything was. This beautiful home, rich with history, is over a century old and has a lovely pool and cabana area in the back, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic touch for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our time there was nothing short of perfect. Although the washer/dryer could be updated and the pillows could be more comfortable, this place is definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a spacious rental in such an ideal location in West Palm.

The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, and they handled it exceptionally well! Effective communication is crucial for a pleasant experience, and we truly appreciated that. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately was out of order, but the host was quick to address it and confirmed it was not functioning. Thankfully, the stovetop was perfectly usable, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't planning on large meals anyway. We were also pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras from the host that made our stay even better. Huge thanks to them! We look forward to booking with them again in the future.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It was spacious and accommodated us well. There were a few minor things that could use attention, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level. However, everything else matched the listing accurately and we didn’t encounter any major problems. Definitely considering booking here again!

I would give the host all five stars for their exceptional service, even though there were a few minor issues with the unit itself. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a thorough cleaning, and the towels really need to be upgraded. Overall, a great experience despite these small concerns.
