The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room felt a bit cramped, with only a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the state of the facilities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund due to Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 felt unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and improving the amenities for future guests.
