I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and needed a comfortable place to stay for the month. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch right from when I landed at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo itself is quite roomy for one or two people, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.
We had a fantastic last-minute getaway at this apartment! Everything was just about perfect for our needs. The property includes convenient parking, and the property manager was incredibly accommodating. It's just a short stroll to a Starbucks, various shops, and live music venues—literally just a few minutes away! Although the couch showed some signs of wear, the view from the window and sliding door made it all easier to overlook. We would definitely recommend this place!
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The property does show some wear and could benefit from updates, particularly the carpets which seem overdue for a clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. While some furniture pieces are getting a bit worn, I found the overall atmosphere comfortable and enjoyed my stay. It's a great spot, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! It was a last-minute booking, and we were thrilled to find this gem. The apartment has convenient parking, a wonderful host, and is so close to everything — just a 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the view from the window more than made up for it. It truly felt like a home away from home!

We had an incredible time at this property, perfect for our family reunion. I highly recommend it, just ensure the pool is cleaned before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to forgo our planned barbecue day as the pool was a bit murky and needed treatment. The property manager quickly addressed this issue with the pool service. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Truly a great experience!
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the somewhat pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, or even two friends, as the bed can easily be configured into either twin beds or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom is also well-renovated with considerate features like a dimmer switch for mood lighting. Both the bedroom and living area benefit from ceiling fans in addition to the superb air conditioning system. The closet space is well-organized with shelves and hanging options, providing ample storage. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking that is also shared with the main house—handy if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues we had promptly and positively. All in all, this property met all our needs and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.
