Entire rental unit. Charming South Tampa Condos in a Prime Manhattan Avenue Location

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. While there were a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, we were overall very pleased with our extended stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool that offers stunning sunset views each evening.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood that felt welcoming. It was perfect for our family getaway, accommodating multiple families comfortably. While the pool was a bit chilly due to a non-functioning heater, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer nice privacy. Just a heads up that the house shows some signs of age, so wear and tear is to be expected. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t get cold enough, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, which may not suit those with mobility challenges since there’s no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was a good value for the area, especially if you're sharing expenses among several families.

The host came to our rescue late at night around 10 pm when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared for our arrival. We were so relieved to find everything in order at this location, especially on such short notice. Our stay went smoothly and we couldn't be more grateful!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab some lunch and check in by 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at check-in time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. By 5:49 PM, we reached out for an update but received no reply. After waiting until 7:02 PM, we asked again for any news and were told someone would get back to us shortly. Unfortunately, we didn’t gain access until approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we noticed a water leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there finishing up tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about compensation for the late check-in and other issues, but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never heard back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t consider renting from this property again.

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't be better! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't have picked a more ideal spot. Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and several attractions were within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe, which we appreciated. This charming property is a century-old home, and we especially loved the pool and cabana area in the back - a real highlight! The two additional 'casitas' were fantastic for accommodating our large group. The owner was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our experience was perfect. A couple of things could improve, like upgrading the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group looking for the best location in West Palm.
