If I were to solely assess the host, I would give them a full five stars, but the apartment itself had a few issues that weren't the host's responsibility. There was a malfunctioning faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host promptly took care of. One of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren’t the best quality. The owner should consider replacing them for future guests.

The location of this property is fantastic, but the building itself shows its age. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture had seen better days, with peeling leather in spots. Overall, we enjoyed our time here; it was a cozy place with a great setting, though it could use a few updates.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. When we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working, and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired about the status and received no response. By 7:02 pm, we checked again, and they promised to get back to us. Ultimately, we managed to get into the property around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tile until nearly 9:30 pm, which made it quite noisy. Additionally, we found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen, along with a plunger. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund due to the delayed check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they would check with the owners but never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend renting from them again.
