The owner was incredibly accommodating, stepping in to help us even at nearly 10 pm after our previous Airbnb fell short of expectations. Despite the last-minute nature of our check-in, everything was in great order at the apartment. We really appreciated the support during a stressful moment.

This apartment was excellent! It had a cozy atmosphere and the location could not have been better. The property features a lovely pool and gym which I enjoyed during my stay. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the decor was somewhat different from the photos, but it was not a significant issue.
My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay here for our work trip. The spacious layout and comfortable, clean beds made our downtime very enjoyable. The two additional cottage rooms provided the perfect amount of privacy and each had their own bathroom, which was a great feature. We really loved the pool area; it was surrounded by lush trees, and while we had to use the provided nets to keep it clear, we still enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt secure, we even took a nice evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found plenty of restaurants and bars, not to mention the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our needs. We would certainly consider returning in the future if the place is available.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was perfect for our group of families. While the pool was refreshing, it was a bit chilly since the heater was out of order. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice level of seclusion if that's what you need. The house has its charm, but be prepared for some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer barely kept things cold enough for ice to form, resulting in melted ice bags. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which might not work well for guests with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower on the main level. Overall, the price was reasonable given the area, especially when shared among several families.
