Our work trip here was fantastic! The house offered spacious rooms with very comfortable beds that were impeccably clean. The two cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and private bathrooms for everyone, which was a big plus. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by plenty of greenery, though we did need to use the nets to keep it tidy. Still, we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The sound of the pool's waterfall at night created a beautifully calming atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, allowing us to take evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located close to Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous restaurants and bars, plus the beach is just a short distance away. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly love to return in the future if it's available.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the sometimes pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a couple of friends since the bed can be set up as twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, making meal prep a breeze. The bathroom is equally impressive with modern features, including a dimmer switch that adds a nice touch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with the excellent air conditioning, ensured we stayed comfortable throughout our stay. The closet is well-designed, providing plenty of space for our belongings. We appreciated having access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The owner was responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues promptly and professionally. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely consider renting from this owner again.
