The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't express enough how pleasant the communication was. The home was very cozy with two distinct en suite bedrooms, making it perfect for our group. The living area was inviting and peaceful, providing an ideal atmosphere for restful nights.

I would give the host a full five stars just for their outstanding service alone. There were a couple of issues with the unit itself, like a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided could definitely use an upgrade. The owner should consider replacing them for future guests.

We arrived after a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that we would need to wait a bit longer because the cleaning staff were still working. After several hours of waiting, at about 7:02 pm, we inquired again and received no clear response. Finally, we were allowed inside around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. To add to our frustration, we found a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen throughout our stay. The host did not offer any apologies or compensations for the inconvenience. When I asked about a potential refund due to the late check-in and other issues, I was told they would have to consult the owners but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.
