Our work trip here was fantastic. The house offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the rear were ideal, allowing everyone their own private bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which, while surrounded by trees, needed some cleaning with the provided nets, but we managed to take a refreshing swim during the pleasant weather. The sound of the waterfall at night was quite soothing, too. The area was very tranquil and felt secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, which are filled with various bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs or questions. We would certainly love to come back if it’s available in the future.

The host made our stay incredibly smooth. Even though our flight was delayed, the owner was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the property. We truly appreciate all the effort put in to make our experience enjoyable.

The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building itself is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The carpets could definitely use a deep cleaning, and some furniture, particularly the leather, is showing signs of wear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; it was a cozy spot with an unbeatable location, though it could use some improvements.

The property manager was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requests. Hosting 16 guests can be quite a challenge, but they handled everything with ease. Clear and prompt communication was a highlight of our experience, which is essential for an Airbnb stay. The house matched the online description perfectly. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which the manager quickly assessed and confirmed was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned well, and we weren't planning on making elaborate meals since our visit was for a wedding. We truly appreciated the helpfulness of the property manager and the unexpected little touches that made our stay more enjoyable. A big thank you to them! We'll certainly look for more properties managed by them in the future.
