This Airbnb is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every moment. The location couldn't be more convenient. It's under 10 minutes from the airport without any noise, just a short 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and restaurants, and only a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. A 15-minute walk will take you to Clemantis, which has delightful dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. The host was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless. When we had a minor issue, they had someone on-site in no time to take care of it, and everything was resolved quickly. The place itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all our necessities. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to help us out. With multiple properties, this host is definitely someone you can trust. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of their listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. They responded quickly to all my inquiries and were very accommodating when I needed to adjust my reservation dates.
The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and only about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was somewhat cramped, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working properly, and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Considering its location and amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I still think that paying over $300 for this space is unreasonable. I hope that more reasonable pricing is offered in the future and that the property is equipped with additional amenities for guests.
