The location is fantastic, nestled in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater seemed to be out of order, so we found the hot tub to be a nice alternative, especially since the water was quite chilly. The guest studios by the pool provide a great level of seclusion for those who want privacy. Keep in mind that the property is older, so it does show some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, as the freezer barely got cold enough to prevent ice from melting. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Plus, there's no bath or shower available in the main area downstairs. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially for families sharing the cost.
We had a wonderful time during our weekend getaway with friends. The space was quite spacious and fit our group perfectly. There were a few minor problems, like the hot tub being a bit unclean and some cracks in the main floor, but nothing that affected our stay significantly. Overall, it matched the description well, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
This vacation rental is truly fantastic! We spent a month here and relished every moment. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it’s remarkably quiet. It's only a couple of minutes on foot to a variety of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive brings you to the beach. We also loved being a 15-minute stroll from Clematis, where we found amazing dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You definitely don’t need a car to explore the area. The property manager was phenomenal, making our stay seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for someone to assist us right away, and everything was resolved promptly. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the owner went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. With multiple properties listed, they are incredibly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the owner’s other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

The host came to our rescue late at night, around 10 pm, when our original Airbnb turned out to be a disaster. We had checked in, but the apartment was not clean when we arrived. Thankfully, we were able to secure a last-minute reservation at this place, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
We arrived on a flight that landed at 1:00 pm, hoping to have lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the housekeepers were still working and would need more time. After several inquiries, we did not gain access until around 7:45 pm, which was extremely frustrating. Upon entering, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor, even cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left behind a used toilet and sink, as well as a plunger, in the kitchen area, which was quite unpleasant. Throughout this experience, there was no attempt from the host to apologize or rectify the situation. I even inquired about a possible refund for the delays and issues but was told I would need to wait for a response from the owners, which I never received. Overall, we were quite disappointed and would not recommend renting from this property.
