The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The building has seen better days, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the carpets could use a deep clean, and some furniture is showing its age, like the peeling leather chairs. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot with a great vibe.
Our stay here for work was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided the extra privacy we needed, each with its own bathroom which made our mornings much easier. The pool area was a lovely addition, surrounded by greenery, although we did have to use the nets provided to keep it clean. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a refreshing swim during the pleasant weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was a delightful feature in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making our late-night walks to Publix enjoyable. Conveniently located just a short distance from vibrant Clematis Street and City Place, we had access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would eagerly return here if the opportunity arises in the future.
We enjoyed a lovely three-week stay at this Airbnb and it was truly delightful. The location couldn't be better! This was our first trip to West Palm Beach and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. With everything within a short five-minute drive, and several places even accessible on foot, it made our stay very convenient. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe, which added to our overall comfort. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house, and the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard were absolutely great. The two 'casitas' provided additional space for our large group, which was a major bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and eager to ensure that our experience was top-notch. The only minor suggestions would be to update the washer/dryer and maybe invest in some more comfortable pillows, but overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to accommodate a big group in a prime West Palm location.

We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. This place truly made our trip special!
This place is in a fantastic area, and the neighborhood feels very secure, making it ideal for a group family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we enjoyed the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice sense of seclusion if you need it. The house does show some age, so be prepared for a few imperfections. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not very efficient—no ice was available as everything melted pretty quickly. The stairs can be tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower on the main floor. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially if you’re sharing the cost with other families.
