The studio itself was beautifully appointed, containing all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, providing some much-needed relaxation for my legs after long hours on my feet. I would definitely return in the future!

The location of this property was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself is a bit dated, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I did notice that the carpets could use a good cleaning and some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with a few pieces having peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a comfortable spot, particularly given its prime location, even if it had a few imperfections.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! The house offered ample space, and we found the beds to be both cozy and well-maintained. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great privacy with separate bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the pool area; though it was surrounded by trees, which meant we had to use the provided nets occasionally, it was still a refreshing spot to relax on warm days. The calming sound of the pool's waterfall at night was delightful. The neighborhood felt very serene and secure, allowing us to take evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located near Clematis Street and City Place, offering numerous dining and nightlife options, plus easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive, quickly addressing any inquiries we had. We would love to return again in the future if it's available!
