The two guest houses provided a nice blend of privacy while allowing us to hang out together. The outdoor space was beautiful and offered great opportunities for memorable photos. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and accommodating during our visit. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable - just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any noise disturbances, a quick 2-minute stroll to countless shops and dining options, and a mere 10-minute drive to the nearest beach. Additionally, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area thoroughly. The host was fantastic and made the whole process a breeze. Anytime we needed assistance, they were quick to send someone over to resolve the issue. The property itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we required. The other residents were friendly, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have multiple listings and are incredibly reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
This property was the perfect gathering place for my family! I highly recommend it, but do confirm that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. We unfortunately missed out on our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance and had turned cloudy. The situation has been addressed with the pool service, though. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Overall, a fantastic stay!
The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure. This property is a great choice for a vacation with several families. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater was out of order, which made it a bit chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a wonderful alternative! The small guest studios by the pool offered some much-needed privacy. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you may notice some signs of wear. Unfortunately, we had issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn’t cold enough, which resulted in our ice melting. The stairs can be a bit tricky to navigate, and there's only one bedroom on the lower level, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges since there is no bath or shower on that floor. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially if you're sharing the cost among multiple families.
