The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or just a 5-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table, and unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly. Additionally, the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and amenities, I found the price to be quite unreasonable. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but the $300+ rate felt excessively high for what was offered. I hope future guests see more reasonable pricing and better facilities.
