The location of the property is truly fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. The building itself has some age, though, and could use a bit of updating. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really benefit from a deep clean, and we noticed that some of the furniture had seen better days, with a few pieces showing wear and tear. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found it to be a cozy spot, despite a few imperfections.

It’s perfect for an individual, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions close by. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, equipped with a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom is also newly updated and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area are fitted with ceiling fans alongside the efficient air conditioning for those warm days. The closet space is impressive, well-organized with racks and bars for all your belongings. You also have access to a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is a definite bonus. The host was very attentive, addressing a few minor concerns we had promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I would certainly book with them again.

Everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and many spots were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which added to the overall experience. This particular rental is a charming century-old home, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional casitas were a fantastic bonus for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, always eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the washer/dryer could use some updating and the pillows could be a bit comfier, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a prime location in West Palm.

The location is ideal—just under 10 minutes from the airport without any noise disturbances, a short 2-minute walk to plenty of shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's a 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area and have a great time. The property manager was fantastic and made everything hassle-free. Whenever we needed assistance, they were quick to respond and resolved issues without delay. The accommodation was spacious, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we required. The other residents were friendly, and the pool area was a fantastic spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the property manager went above and beyond to help us manage it smoothly. With several listings, they are incredibly trustworthy and responsible. We highly recommend this place and their other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
