The owner was wonderful and made the entire check-in process a breeze. They were incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. We were greeted upon arrival, which made everything feel seamless. They clearly have a deep understanding of the local area, which was a huge help. The location was exactly as advertised and couldn't have been better. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay.
The property is situated in a fantastic location within a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family retreat. While the pool was enjoyable, the heater didn’t seem to function properly, which meant it was quite chilly. Fortunately, we made the most of the hot tub, which was a real treat! The guest studios near the pool are compact, yet they provide a great sense of privacy if needed. Being an older house, there are some signs of wear, so just a heads up. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't working as expected; the freezer was more like a fridge, so our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility concerns. Plus, there are no baths or showers in the main part of the house. Overall, it was a good deal for the area, especially if sharing costs among several families.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's cozy and well-suited for either individuals, couples, or friends, as the bed can either be arranged as twins or a king. The location is perfect for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances including a range, refrigerator, and stylish countertops. The bathroom is also renovated, featuring thoughtful elements like a dimmer switch which adds a nice touch. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for added comfort, alongside efficient air conditioning. There's a well-organized closet with ample storage space. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a nice bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of small concerns we had with ease and professionalism. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we'd definitely consider booking with the host again.
