I would rate the host a perfect five stars based on their attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issues. However, there were a couple of things with the unit that could use improvement. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels were not the highest quality. It might be a good idea for the property manager to consider upgrading them.
