Entire rental unit. One-of-a-Kind Retreat

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM and were excited to check in by 4 PM. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still wrapping up. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we checked back in and received no clear answers. Eventually, we gained access around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was ongoing work due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. To our disappointment, they had left a toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or effort made to rectify the situation, and when I inquired about a partial refund for the delay and inconvenience, I was told they would consult the owner but never heard back. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting again.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely property, and the town was delightful to explore.

The host was amazing—super approachable and quick to respond. They were really accommodating when I accidentally mixed up my travel dates, which I greatly appreciated!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this location! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. Having two guest houses allowed us to enjoy some privacy while still gathering together. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our photos. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a large group getaway!

The host came to our rescue late in the evening when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared for our arrival. We truly appreciated the last-minute accommodation at this lovely place, and everything was perfect from check-in onwards.
