The property is situated in a fantastic area, and we felt very secure during our stay. It worked well for our family gathering. The pool was lovely, but we found the heater wasn't operational, so it was quite chilly. We ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool provided some much-needed privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that this is an older home, so you might notice some signs of age. We experienced issues with the refrigerator and freezer; unfortunately, the freezer didn't get cold enough, which caused our ice to melt. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and note that there is only one bedroom on the main floor, making it less suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. There's no bath or shower on the main level either. However, considering the pricing for the area when shared among several families, it was a good value overall.
