This Airbnb offers an excellent location and is quite roomy. While there are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, I was generally pleased with my extended visit. It's conveniently situated, comes with a great parking area, and features a gym and a large swimming pool where you can enjoy stunning sunsets each evening.
We had a great weekend getaway with a large group of friends at this spacious property. There were some minor concerns like the hot tub needing a good cleaning and a few cracks in the main floor that could use some attention. However, it matched the description pretty well and we didn't face any major issues. Definitely considering booking again in the future!
This property is located in a wonderful area and felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn’t functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a fantastic alternative! The guest studios near the pool provide a cozy retreat and are ideal for those wanting a bit of alone time. Keep in mind that the house has some age, so you may see some signs of wear here and there. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t freeze properly, which left us without ice for our drinks. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with difficulty moving around. Unfortunately, there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, the rental fee is reasonable, especially if you're sharing with other families.

The apartment was wonderful! Super cozy and ideally situated. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The owner was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again. Just a minor note: the decor wasn't exactly like the photos, but it didn't affect our experience at all.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! It was perfect for our work trip, offering ample space and exceptionally comfortable, spotless beds. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided us with extra privacy and personal bathrooms, which was a big plus. We enjoyed the pool area as well; it's surrounded by beautiful trees, and while we did need to use the nets to keep it clear, we made the most of the nice weather with a refreshing swim. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool made for lovely evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave off a safe vibe. We even strolled over to the nearby Publix in the evening. Its location is unbeatable, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are lots of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would absolutely love to return here in the future if it’s available!

We did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we made the most of the lovely weather and took a dip. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night added a tranquil ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure. We even took a leisurely stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Plus, being so close to Clematis St and City Place made it easy to explore various bars, restaurants, and the beach.
