Our work trip brought us here and it exceeded our expectations. The property had ample space with comfortable and spotless beds. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided us with the perfect amount of privacy and their own bathrooms were a great bonus. The pool area was lovely, nestled among trees, and even though we had to use the nets a bit to keep it clean, we enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night made for a wonderful ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix very pleasant. With Clematis St and City Place just a stone's throw away, we found plenty of bars and restaurants to explore, as well as easy access to the beach. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely look to book this place again for our next visit!

We arrived by plane around 1:00 pm, hoping to have some lunch before checking in at the scheduled 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out again at 7:02 pm and were told we would be notified shortly. It wasn't until about 7:45 pm that we finally got access to the property. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom and construction workers were still there installing tile, which continued until around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet, sink, and a plunger left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation from the host. When I inquired about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and inconveniences, I was told they would need to consult the owners, but I never received any further communication. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing. I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The accommodation was fantastic! It was cozy and ideally situated. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely book this place again. Just a small note: the apartment appeared slightly different from the photos, but it wasn’t a major issue.

My friends and I spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better for exploring West Palm Beach. As first-timers in the area, we were thrilled to see that everything we needed was just a short drive away, with some places even within walking distance. The neighborhood was tranquil and very safe, which was a big plus. The property itself is a charming century-old house, and we loved hanging out by the pool and cabana in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were great for accommodating our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was memorable. While the washer/dryer could use some updating and a few of the pillows weren't the most comfortable, our overall experience was amazing, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit West Palm.
The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some pieces of furniture were not in the best condition, with peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my time here; it's a cozy spot with a prime location, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
The property was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk there and about 5 minutes by car. The room was rather small, equipped only with a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and there were no cooking amenities available. Given the location and the amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seems unreasonable. I hope they can offer a more competitive price and enhance the amenities in the future.

We had an amazing time at this house for a bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The place was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!
I would give the host a solid five stars based on their responsiveness and care, but there were a few issues with the unit itself that brought the experience down a notch. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a better clean, and the towels provided weren't of the highest quality. It would be great if the owner could consider upgrading them.
This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with my friends. The space was spacious and comfortable for our group. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needed some cleaning and a few patches on the main floor could use an upgrade. However, it met our expectations and was just as advertised. I would definitely consider booking it again in the future.
