This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the high prices in West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as either two twins or a king. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to local attractions. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and sleek countertop, making meal prep a breeze. The bathroom also features modern renovations, including a nice dimmer switch for mood lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with efficient air conditioning, staying cool is a cinch. The closet is impressively designed for ample storage space. Additionally, there's a washer and dryer available, as well as off-street parking shared with the main house, which can be helpful if you’re traveling with a larger group. The owner was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns promptly and kindly. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would consider renting from them again.
The host was fantastic and went out of their way to help us with a last-minute reservation caused by the hurricane evacuation. We truly appreciated their flexibility and support during a stressful time.

The two guest houses offered the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided a fantastic backdrop for photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and provided excellent assistance during our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!
This is a lovely spot to unwind. The communication from the host was excellent throughout my stay.
If I were just rating the host, I'd give them five stars without a doubt. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren’t their fault. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was faulty, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. One of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels could be upgraded. The property manager should consider replacing them for a better experience.
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay so much easier. Managing the needs of 16 people can be a challenge, but they handled everything with great communication skills. The listing accurately described the property, and while we did encounter an issue with the oven, the host promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and we were only preparing light meals during our visit for a wedding. We genuinely appreciated the thoughtful touches the host provided, and it made our stay even more special. A big thank you for everything! We look forward to booking with this host again in the future.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better. Since it was our first visit to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Almost everything we needed was within a quick 5-minute drive, and there were even places close enough to stroll to from the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe, which was a pleasant surprise given how accessible everything is. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home with a stunning pool and cabana area out back, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The addition of the two 'casitas' is ideal for larger groups. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. While a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, overall, this spot is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a big group looking for the perfect location in West Palm.
