The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room size was also smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there was a lack of kitchen amenities. Considering the price relative to the location and facilities, it seems rather steep. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 feels excessive for what was offered. I hope the owner can consider adjusting the pricing and improving the amenities in the future.

The owner of the property was amazing. They were very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely book this place again.
