Entire rental unit. Charming Private Studio in a Peaceful, Stroll-Friendly Community

Our initial reservation fell through unexpectedly, but the host was incredibly helpful and managed to facilitate a new booking for us in under a day. Upon our arrival, they welcomed us warmly, provided a thorough walkthrough of the property, and encouraged us to reach out if we required anything during our stay. They also shared fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and fun activities. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better. It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay in this area. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a 5-minute drive, and there were even places we could easily walk to from the house. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close it was to everything. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home. The pool and cabana in the backyard are wonderful, and the two casitas are fantastic for accommodating larger groups. The host was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, this place is ideal for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking the best location in West Palm.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, the price seems excessive. Thankfully, the full refund policy from Airbnb came through, but the over $300 rate felt unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the price becomes more reasonable and that additional amenities are provided in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and offered ample room for everyone.
