We had a fantastic stay here for a work trip and really enjoyed every moment. The property offered ample space and the beds were cozy and impeccably clean. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for providing extra space and private bathrooms for everyone in our group. The pool area was lovely and surrounded by greenery; we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean from leaves, but we still enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful, making us feel safe; we even took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything. We would certainly love to return in the future if it’s available.

This property was an excellent venue for our family reunion, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend it, but do check that the pool is in good condition upon your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool had turned cloudy and required some maintenance. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed by the property manager. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We arrived at the property right after our flight, expecting to check in around 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress and that there would be a delay. We checked back at 5:49 pm only to hear there was still no update. After quite a wait, we finally got into the unit around 7:45 pm. Upon entry, we were surprised to find that there was ongoing repair work due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were tiling the floor late into the evening. There were tools and a used toilet in the kitchen area throughout our stay, which was less than ideal. We reached out for more information about a possible refund for the inconvenience, but the owner needed to consult with the property manager and we never received any further communication. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't consider booking here again.

This spacious rental was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did encounter a few minor problems, like a hot tub that needed cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, the place was just as advertised overall. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

The studio itself was beautifully designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!
