This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or friends since the bed can be set up as either twins or a king size. The location is convenient, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been updated and features nice details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, which along with the great air conditioning, kept us comfortable. The closet is organized with helpful storage solutions. There’s also a washer and dryer available to use, along with off-street parking that’s shared with the main house, which can be handy for larger groups. The property manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and took care of a few small issues promptly. Overall, the stay met our expectations, and we would consider booking with them again.

Our three-week stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, with some places even within walking distance. We felt very secure in the peaceful neighborhood. This charming property, a century-old home, features an amazing pool and a lovely cabana area in the backyard, along with two additional casitas that were ideal for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure we had a fantastic experience. While the washer/dryer could be updated and the pillows could use some improvement, overall, this is a fantastic spot for groups looking to enjoy the best of West Palm.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this rental! It easily accommodated our group of 13, and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a real advantage for everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses allowed for a great balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful, providing us with some perfect spots for photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

This property was fantastic! It was very cozy and situated in an ideal area. The amenities, including the lovely pool and gym, were a nice bonus. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the place varied slightly from the images, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
