Entire rental unit. Waterfront Oasis: A Runner's Paradise

We had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group with a spacious layout and a fantastic central location.

Fantastic location, though the building does show its age. The host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some peeling upholstery. Overall, we enjoyed our time here; it’s a cozy spot in a great area, just a few minor issues to note.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything! However, the building is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture, like the leather chairs, are showing some wear and tear. All in all, I had a pleasant stay; it's a cozy spot with a fantastic location, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

My colleagues and I had a fantastic stay here for work. The accommodations were spacious, and we found the beds to be both comfortable and tidy. The two cottage rooms at the back offered everyone their own bathroom, which was a great bonus for us. The pool area was a lovely feature; while there were some leaves to clean up with the nets provided, we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night created a relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Its location is ideal, just moments away from Clematis St and City Place, where there are so many bars, restaurants and the beach. The property manager was extremely attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would certainly consider returning in the future if it's available.
