Entire rental unit. Hyde Park Haven - Unit 6 at Casablanca

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It comfortably housed our group of 13, providing enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The two guest houses offered the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful, making for some unforgettable photos. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

We arrived on a flight that landed just after noon and hoped to grab some lunch before our 4 PM check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the host informed us that our unit wouldn't be ready yet because the cleaning crew was still working. Hours passed, and after multiple requests for updates, we finally got access around 7:45 PM. To our dismay, there were workers still fixing a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and they continued to tile the floor until close to 9:30 PM. We found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen the whole time, which was quite unpleasant. The lack of communication and follow-up from the property manager was frustrating, especially as I inquired about some form of compensation for the inconvenience and never received a response. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not consider staying here again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. I appreciated their quick responses and flexibility when I mixed up my booking dates. It made the experience so much smoother!
